Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and approval of Gender and Community Mobilization reports.
- Ensure compliance with Asian Development Bank (ADB) policies related to gender and community engagement.
- Travel occasionally to the field for project oversight and community interaction.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Science or closely related field.
- Proven experience with ADB’s Gender and Community Mobilization policies.
- Strong understanding of gender issues and community dynamics in development projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
