Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Works Design and Supervision Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in design and construction supervision, preferably in water/sewage treatment plants or similar projects. This role requires a strong background in designing, reviewing designs, and supervising works related to the installation of mechanical and electromechanical components, as well as SCADA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review mechanical works related to water/sewage treatment systems.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the installation and testing of mechanical and electromechanical components.
- Implement SCADA systems for monitoring and control of mechanical operations.
- Identify potential issues in designs or during construction and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to design and supervision activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and construction supervision in water/sewage treatment plants or similar projects.
- Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to mechanical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Experience with SCADA systems and their applications in industrial settings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
