Job Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and draft construction and shop drawings using Civil3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create accurate MEP, HVAC, and Architectural drawings.
- Ensure all drawings meet LOD 500 standards and comply with building regulations in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
- Review and coordinate design models, identifying and resolving clashes before construction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in BIM design and drafting, specifically with Civil3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Strong background in MEP, HVAC, and Architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with building regulations and standards in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
