Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum MS in Civil Engineering
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of resident engineer experience
- Good command over FIDIC Conditions of Contract
- Proven track record with C&W KP and NHA (National Highway Authority)
- Experience with the Communication and Works Department as a Resident Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure project compliance with specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and government agencies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control
