Project Overview

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP) is a large-scale urban development initiative focusing on five cities: Abbottabad, Peshawar, Kohat, Mardan, and Mingora. The project aims to develop sub-sector master plans for water supply, sanitation, drainage, and solid waste management. These plans have a 20-year horizon and focus on improving municipal infrastructure, ensuring sustainability, and enhancing urban service delivery.
