Project Overview

The project focuses on urban and regional development planning, feasibility studies, and institutional strengthening in multiple divisions and cities. It includes updating regional development plans and city-level master plans for Hazara and Malakand Divisions, expanding land-use and subsector planning for various cities, and developing regional cluster plans. Additionally, it involves investment planning, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering design for key urban infrastructure projects. Institutional restructuring and capacity building initiatives aim to enhance governance, operational efficiency, and service delivery in water, sanitation, and solid waste management. The project also includes procurement support and business modeling to ensure long-term financial and operational sustainability.
