Additionally, it involves investment planning, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering design for key urban infrastructure projects. Institutional restructuring and capacity building initiatives aim to enhance governance, operational efficiency, and service delivery in water, sanitation, and solid waste management. The project also includes procurement support and business modeling to ensure long-term financial and operational sustainability.
